Julia is deeply inspired by the mind-body connection and finds it instrumental in optimizing physical and mental well-being. A certified Yoga Teacher with specialized training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Reiki, Julia has been dedicated to her practice for over 15 years, and teaching for 8.

Julia’s passion for authentic expression, creativity, and wellness is at the heart of her work. Whether practicing yoga, hiking, dancing, swimming, gardening, or painting murals, she loves engaging fully with the body. In her classes, she integrates mindfulness, breathwork, and self-compassion, creating a calming space for students to unwind. Many leave her classes feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
