My hope is that when you practice with me, you feel freedom to show up exactly as you are, and that you find connection to within, in the here and now.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga and I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. I love creating warm, inclusive and cozy spaces where we can be with ourselves and be in community. When practicing with me, you can expect a class that is filled with choice, introspection, yoga philosophy, poetry, and the tool that I find most helpful of all in finding our home within, our breath. I’m still learning this practice, forever, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to guide you. Come join me for an intentional and mindful yoga class and leave feeling grounded and connected.
