60-Minute Sessions featuring gentle therapeutic movement, beginner-friendly meditation, and breathwork.
Practices to ease anxiety symptoms like stress, fatigue, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating.
Personalized suggestions based on intake forms and in-class discussions.
Education on the mind-body-spirit connection, blending Yogic wisdom and modern science.

About the Instructor:
ANGIE LAMB
Therapeutic Yoga Teacher & C-IAYT Candidate
Angie is a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and a C-IAYT candidate with a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from the Vancouver School of Healing Arts with over 800hrs of training. She aims to help support her clients to find compassion and presence through embodied awareness and live with intention by holding a space for healing.
